The Institute of Leadership, Energy, Environment, and Management – ILEM, is an Africa-centric “Think Tank” enterprise, established on the premise to provide inter-continental technical assistance on policy formulation, programming, and capacity building through training and mentoring support services.

Leveraging inter-continental technical assistance to government entities, development partners and private sector businesses through the formulation of responsive policies and supporting the implementation of tailor-designed programmes addressing Human and Institutional Capacity gaps, Energy poverty, Environmental Management and Ocean Governance challenges, and Business Development Services geared towards improving the wellbeing of people in Africa.
